The restaurant had nice dinner options, and I enjoyed pleasant dishes. the staff was truly professional and service-oriented, providing excellent service. the hotel's location was superb and unbeatable, with a giant Gothic cathedral located relatively close by.

The units are new-fashioned, fashionable with a balcony.

The room was top-class and stylish, equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, a kettle, and an iron. the location is marvelous and convenient, right next to the Cathedral and near various cafes, shops, shopping streets, restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. Clean and sanitized.

The hotel was central and homey, perfect for enjoying Cologne's nightlife. the service-minded team, including a friendly female receptionist, made the stay pleasant. - My room was equipped with coffee/tea making machines, a safe box, and a kettle. - the breakfast offered numerous outstanding and savory options.

The property was fairly clean, featured nice design, I truly enjoyed it. The breakfast was savoury and delicious with champagne, the German meatballs standing out, great German bread and had something for everyone. Location: the hotel was really close to the main attractions, and LAB12 cocktail bar, Tesla charger in basement.

A classy vibe was set up here. the restaurant was cool and the chef there was awesome. We tried some really delicious dishes 🍽️.

Great food, good service, and exceptional view of the cathedral, plus an elegant ambiance and a great location within walking distance to shopping streets and a market.

As bike riders, we were thrilled to find that the hotel had a secure parking facility for our bicycles. the staff were also very helpful in providing us with information about nearby bike routes and workshops for bike maintenance. the glass elevator outside the hotel provided a unique and enjoyable experience, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

Felt like royalty, no complaints.

Only one gripe was that our soap from the bathroom was taken away and not replaced at all? Should of asked but was just expecting it to be when the room was cleaned, it still wasn't two days later. Shampoo isn't the best to wash yourself with.

The room was high-class with a very big bed and reasonably spacious bathroom. The hotel is adjacent to the center of Cologne, within walking distance to the Cathedral and LAB12 cocktail bar. There is a Tesla charger in the basement, which is convenient for electric vehicle owners. I recommend stopping by Gliss Coffee Contor for coffee and treats; it's close to the venue.
